Our family break at the hotel was like a busy train station, with everyone running late. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great, but the tea was not so good as it was cold. We ended up eating out most of the time. The Smugglers restaurant is highly recommended. The splash park for my grandchildren was fabulous, and they loved it. The beach was lovely, and the holiday rep was very helpful.

The room was huge, a twin with 2 double beds. The balcony couldn't really be called a balcony; it was more like a patio area with a large sun terrace in front. Great for meeting the neighbors and enjoying the super view of the pool area and almost private beach just a few steps away. However, the room was featureless, with not even a painting on the wall.

With some trepidation, the hotel was covered in cigarette smoke due to the smoking patrons and always crowded to accommodate the number of guests. However, the staff were willing to go the extra mile to help, making our stay more enjoyable.

The dining experience was terrible. Every night we stayed there, the food was awful, with lukewarm beans, deep-fried eggs, rubber bacon, hot dog sausage, and hard-boiled eggs still covered in the chickens' bowels. However, they did serve homemade Belgian waffles.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The rooms were of good standard with great amenities like a fridge, hairdryer, and TV, and the over-bath shower was a nice touch. It would have been even better if they had tea and coffee making facilities. The facilities, especially the slide pool, were a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed the main pool too with inflatables. we found the restaurant staff incredibly helpful, especially with Spanish. Overall, a great stay!
